What to know before scenting an event
Events are short, high-attention and unforgiving. Everything hinges on load-in access, room volume and how quickly the scent clears afterwards.
Volume, not floor area
Marquees and halls have height. We size on cubic volume and adjust for door traffic and crowd load.
Set-up and strike
Standalone units are placed during build, tuned before doors and removed at strike. No fixings, no residue.
Guest comfort
Dense crowds concentrate everything. We commission conservatively and hold headroom rather than starting strong.

- How far in advance do you need notice?
- For stock fragrances and standard equipment, lead times are short. Bespoke fragrance development needs longer — we'll confirm timings when we understand the brief.
- Can you create a fragrance specifically for a launch?
- Yes. Bespoke fragrance development is a core part of our experiential work and the scent remains available for later activations.
- Will the scent drift into neighbouring stands?
- Placement and intensity are specified to contain it within your footprint, and we adjust on site during build if needed.
- Do you attend on site?
- For most events, yes. We install during build, tune during opening and return for de-rig.
- Is equipment hired or purchased?
- Both are possible. Short activations are usually best served by hire; touring or repeat programmes may justify purchase.
