Retail scenting is about consistency across an estate, not intensity in one shop. A customer should recognise the brand before they see the shopfront.
One scent, every door
Plug-ins drift and get replaced ad hoc, so no two stores match. A specified system with managed refills keeps every site on the same profile.
Rollouts and reporting
We install store by store around trading hours, on one contract and one invoice, with refill cycles tracked centrally.
What scent can and cannot do
Scent shapes how a space feels and how long it is comfortable to browse. It is one lever among lighting, sound and layout — we will not claim a sales uplift figure.

- Can the same scent be used across an entire store estate?
- Yes. We specify equipment per store format so the same fragrance reads consistently in units of very different sizes.
- Will scenting interfere with product, especially food or fragrance retail?
- We plan around it. In food-adjacent or fragrance retail we often limit scenting to entrances and non-product areas, or recommend odour neutralisation instead.
- How quickly can a new store be scented?
- Standalone systems can usually be deployed to a new store rapidly once the specification for that format has been agreed.
- Can intensity vary between the entrance and the back of the store?
- Yes. Coverage is planned by zone and unit placement, with intensity commissioned per area.
- Do you supply the fragrance as well as the equipment?
- Yes. We supply, replenish and service the fragrance as part of the ongoing agreement.
